Any after market effects (or similar to), such as body kits, stylin hoods, full exhaust upgrades. If not the actual part, give a display to let you know you can order/buy it.

I guess that might vary, depending on the type of dealership and the cars you sell. Different people buy different cars because of their personalities, needs, wants, etc. so I would assume that they would like different accessories as well.
I would go with all the basic stuff: seat covers, wheel covers, air fresheners, key chains, etc. but more focused towards the type of drivers who are buying the vehicles.
Someone who just paid 80,000 for a Mercedes probably isn’t interested in little fruit shaped air fresheners, or cheesy decals, stickers, whatever.
Someone who purchased an economy car probably wont want to buy a 15 dollar pewter keychain, or suede seat covers.
Ask your salesmen, they should know all about the customers that will be buying your cars.
