What steps can I take to fabricate a custom bumper for my 4×4 truck? How can I come up with a plan that the fabricators can follow? I have an idea of what I want it to look like but I have no idea on how to transfer that mechanically to paper.

go to pirate 4×4 there are so many bumpers that you may decide that one of the vendors already make exactly what you want. Also if not they have great pics and you can get a good idea and pic of what you are looking for.
