If you have a carpet cleaner or can rent one, I would use it to shampoo the carpet. Leave the windows open (doors if you can) to let it dry out. But you can buy special rug shampoo and rent a carpet cleaner, or buy a bottle of shampoo and just scrub scrub scrub, good luck

Clean the glass with rubbing alcohol and water mixed 50/50, more alcohol if you’re in a humid location.
Scrub the floors with carpet cleaner.
Clean the rest of it with any other normal cleaner.

Use just the bubbles from the top of diluted upholstery cleaner and rub it onto the seats. It’s good when the surface of the cloth you’re using stops coming away dirty. Don’t do too much wet cleaning in one go unless you have a bright windy day and can leave everything open on the car. Bicarbonate of soda sprinkled onto the carpets and left for a while before hoovering it up does take smells out very effectively. Remember the ceiling fabric, cos if the smells are impregnated everywhere, that’ll need sponging too. If you really need to use quite a bit of water to do the inside properly, use an old towel to ‘wick’ up the excess moisture. Hope it all comes up a treat!
