It is called Vorajak,Vorajak and Klong Tom are two places in Chinatown district where you can buy car accessories.

You can take the MRT’s to either Hua Lamphong Station/BTS’s National Staduim – and thereafter take a cab to Klong Tom or Vorajak, the fare should be around 90-100 baht.

I been past that market in Chinatown a number of time. You can take bus # 21 from Siam Square next to Dunkin Donuts and it will take you past it. A few streets with nothing but auto accessories.
