Pet Shop Products
Question–: What kind of products would you buy from an online pet shop?
Im thinking of starting up a small business online, what kind of products would you buy for your pets? Like treats, accessories etc? For all ranges of animals I suppose, reptiles, dogs, rodents, cats etc?
Id want to sell them cheaply, but not import cheap rubbish, so something that you’d like to buy, maybe things you can’t get so cheap in shops?

None, because I don’t buy things unless I need it NOW. I don’t want to have to order things and have to wait for it to come. All of my dogs food come direct from feed mill and it is automatic refill order every three months. Treats, collars and stuff like that I buy as needed..
And I think most people feel the same. At least the people I know are like that.

i would buy anything but food … i shop online for mostly everything i need for my fish, dog, and hermit crabs … i like online stores that clearly state where they ship too … i can not stand going to a website and having to spend 20 minutes figuring out if they ship to canada … i like websites that will accept paypal … i like websites that do not try to make money by inflated shipping charges … i ordered online a hermit crab decoration, paid over 20 dollars in shipping, and when it arrived the shipping was only 6 dollars and the decoration was shipped in the original box so no packing material was used to increase the cost … i will not deal with those people again …

This is an interior shot from Lofty Dog in Austin. I love all the colors in the store and I got a kick out of this guy. The lighting made this one tough to process. A lot of light reflected off the slick bags and product labels, making it tough to balance out the light and get in the detail and color saturation I was going for. Being largely color blind doesn’t help with the latter either! Take a look at the big sizes, there is too much detail for the default Flickr size.
What a week, I’m still sick with a sinus infection and the fall semester started. No rest! I’ll try to keep up with ya’lls photostreams, but it’s going to be brutal this semester. Class until 10pm most weeknights after work. Yuck!!!
