I want to buy some new car audio for my car. when i bought the car it already came with a deck and speakers and they sound pretty good but i want to have a sub as well. I want to know if i buy a sub do i need to buy an amp(I really dont know what an amp does) as well? I was also told i need to box for the sub? And i wanted to know around how much would i need to spend on a average sub not including installations.
