The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!

I gave my 16-yr old son along with 3 friends permission to take my car to Truck Night. In their infamous wisdom they decided to drive my car through the mud pits. My car interior is completely covered in mud and will need to be professionally cleaned. Should this be solely my son’s responsibility (financially) or should all involved claim some responsibility and help pay to have my car cleaned?

Get your car cleaned yourself, you cheap shit.

son was driving it wasnt he then he should clean it

Answer by seemonkey2003
All parties should take responsility, but realistically your son is the leader and should have managed the overall situation

Answer by PMack
Your son was responsible and he had the decision to drive through the mud pits. His friends could offer to help (if they’re good friends), but ultimately it was his decision (he was driving, not the other kids), so it’s his responsibility.

Answer by fanatic
Your sons alone. He should do it because they were his friends and it was his responsibilty (if he was the driver) If he drove it through the mud he should do it as punishment. If his friends were driving split the bill equally and give it to their parents and make your son clean it for his cut.

Answer by Basma
yes they should they derived it to the mud but the one who was driving the car should have much more responsibility.

Depends on who was driving the car – if everyone tried there hand in driving they should, if not, unfortunately no one else should or would!!

At least the driver, but yes ideally all parties involved should be held responsible
