I’d say yeah it’s a little overpriced. I am currently selling my 2003 Accord EX-L for 10,950.

Depending on your location that seems like a reasonable asking price from a dealer. If it is not from a dealer or the condition is not the best then that would make a difference.
I said a reasonable asking price NOT selling price. Offer them 00 less and see what happens. Is it an LX? I assume so since you list it as having steel wheels with power windows.
00 would be more like it. That is all the insurance company will give you if you totaled it. If it was an EX it would be worth 00.00
Also, since the car is 7 years old demand proof that the timing belt was replaced or that they replace it. Honda timing belts should be replaced every 7 years or 90,000 miles whichever comes first.
Don’t back down. If they say no then just give them your phone number and tell them to call you if they change their minds and then get up and leave. And make sure you get 2 keys. You shouldn’t have to pay for a duplicate key.
