Get a Lexus GX470. Volvo costs more than it’s worth. Not to mention it’s still owned by ford.

Large, but full of Volvo safety features. You can fit three baby seats across the back easily: I have a Pathfinder, and you can’t in mine.
Why not look at the station wagon instead? Smaller “footprint” on our precious earth.
Get the diesel, as your fuel consumption will be lower. Plus, the torque is impressive. Even better, you can run it on BioDiesel, which is now available in (one!) service station(s) in Sydney.
When BioDiesel is more ubiquitous, you can rest assured you are using a renewable fuel.

if you are looking for a family vehicle check out the Buick enclave a great vehicle. this vehicle is going after the Lexus buyers and the Acura buyers. but if that does not work buy a lexus not a volvo. the are the worst on repaires. go the edmunds.com and see what buyer are saying about the car…have a good one

The Volvo has better safety features than any SUV in the market. It’s also the only SUV to satisfy ULEV II environmental rating. Green and safe, you can’t go wrong.
