Ok i have one of those electric car buffers. I have a maguires clay bar and all the soaps rags and all that good stuff. my question is after i wash the car should i use the clay bar and then the buffer with a polishing compound? or vis versa? theres alot of garbage and particals that are still on the car after i wash it. i do my best but its bad. how do i get these little particals of garbage off? Its my girlfriends car and its in pretty bad shape.

You want to do things in this order.

1. Wash
2. Clay bar
3. Polish
4. Wax

You will want to put a coat of wax on the car after using a polish otherwise there will be no protection on the paint.
