Q&A: How do you install mud guards onto a 2007 mazda 3 5-door?
The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!
I want to install the mud guards onto my new mazda 3, but I don’t want to pay 0 service just to get them put on. If it’s an easy enough process I would like to do it myself

If it’s the factory guards they should be easy enough to install, they should come with all the hardware too, all you’ll probably need is a screwdriver

Take it to the shop(you got a 2007 not many people know the answer to this question.) Or take it to Auto Zone or read the manual.

There SHOULD be pre drilled holes, as this is a common ‘mod’. Line up, screw in (with a screwdriver, dont use a drill) and voila!
If there arent any holes, grab a marker, line them up, mark the holes, drill, then screw them on.
Not hard. Did my spoiler myself. Just be careful and go slow.

look for that scrap of paper call instructions you might need it and some minor tools like screw driver and i guess 10mm wrench

They are typically easy to install.
All you will need is a screwdriver or a ratchet with a 10mm or 12mm socket.
The fitting should be quite simple since there might be predesignated holes that were not drilled out on the body for you to align them to.
