Q&A: How can I keep my hair healthy?8 How can I keep my hair healthy?
The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!

I do blow dry and straighten it more than 75% of my days, but I use a leave in heat protectant and conditioner that is also supposed to shield from UV rays. I’ve been working on growing my hair out for a long time so that all of the damaged colored stuff would be gone, and I’ve finally gotten to that point. Now I would like to have longer hair, but usually when I grow my hair longer the ends look dead and disgusting and a different color than the rest of my hair. What can I do to keep my hair as healthy as possible?

I have to wash it every day.

Blow fryer = damaged hair
Harsh chemicals in hair products = damaged hair

Washing it everyday is not good for your hair. You end up stripping the natural oils and it’s just not good.

The only way to keep your hair “healthy” is to stay away from those things.

That’s the truth.

Olive oil & coconut oil are really good for your hair. And if you can, air dry.

I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don’t you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier.
