Rest area/Welcome Center on 15S Pennsylvania.
In US on many highways we can find a rest area, a building with restrooms (toilet/sink). Some rest areas do have places to buy food and snacks and gas. This one did not have that. This rest area also had green park-like place with picnic tables.
You can also see trucks and cars parked there for overnights. Though not all states allow you to sleep over night in your vehicle, people do it anyhow. Only one state, Kansas we found allows you to set up a tent and camp in that.
