The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!

My car is in the shop and my rental is a 2010 Nissan Altima. I sat my phone on the console which is actually a pressure activated hidden cup holder cover. When I removed my hand the cover popped up and the cell phone slipped in under the cup holder. I have had 3 different men with tools try to remove this cup holder and retrieve my phone to no avail. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Take the car to a Nissan lot or body shop where they have trained professionals who know just how to take this apart and put it back in good condition.

I agree with USA Lady. Take the car to a dealer and don’t let just anybody fool around with it. The dealer has special tools and knowledgeable personnel to figure it out. They may have to take the dashboard apart. If you do it yourself you may do a lot of damage.

Ask someone with experience searching cars for drugs hidden in that location (police, customs agent, etc.) how they get things out from that location.

Just pop the cup holder out, its very simple…….

If the cover “popped up”, there must be a way to “pop” it back down. How was it opened in the first place?
When all else fails, get a bigger hammer.
