Heated Cushion–: How can I cushion my feet when playing basketball? My feet truly hurt.?
My feet reach boiling point when I am playing, they actually heat up. I also have calluses on inner side of each feet. I am nevertheless young..only 18. What can I do? I have attempted different shoes, and I really don’t want to get orthotics. Can i strap my feet with a thing? cushion them somehow without having heating them up anymore? What do the proffesionals do? My feet litterally really feel like they are shredding when I am playing.

You are wearing the wrong shoes. Get some high quality ones that “fit” you. When feet move within the shoe it creates grinding which is giving you your difficulties. You want snug shoes.
