    Simply take out the radiator fan and test the component for FUCNTIONALITY; if the tested unit is immobile then you have an INOPERABLE radiator cooling fan(s) — solution: replace the dysfunctional component.

    what if you have done the relay and the fan motor and even the temp. senzor and it still does not come on. then what could it be?
