if you have a woolworth,s store near you they have one in their summer sale just now.it consists of a tent two mat,s two sleeping bags.great value for only twenty pounds

Depends on what you will be using it for. if you want a four season tent, it will be fairly expensive. I have four that three season tents can be perfectly good tents. Coleman and Eureka are two good brands. EMS is a good store to buy from.
One last piece of advice, learned from many nights camping. to find the actuall number of people that a tent sleeps, subtract one from the number claimed from the manufacturer. ie, a four person tent can sleep three comfortably with gear.
