No. No they aren’t.

They’re not a good idea, though. If you put one on, you basically have to keep it on. The paint will fade/oxidize/wear at a different rate under the bra as in the uncovered areas. Basically, you’ll always be able to tell where the bra was. If you’re trying to protect the paint, well, you might as well cover the whole car.
